Account Manager

Provide technical support to Risk Advisors and Account Executives by analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotes. Maintain a 95% policy and premium retention on an annual basis for the entire Personal Lines client book. Research accounts and service questions while alerting staff of opportunities to develop new accounts and lines of coverage. Assist clients with policy changes, review accounts during contact to ensure they are up-to-date, and identify exposure to loss. Request renewal quotes from insurance carriers, create renewal proposals, and handle other renewal activities in coordination with the Risk Advisor. Ensure client premiums are accurate and requote or rewrite as necessary. Travel offsite to meet with clients and insurance company underwriters. Serve as a backup to sales and claims staff as needed.
