Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for growing service sales in domestic and international freight forwarding, including FTL and warehousing logistics. Must actively acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Organize client meetings within the assigned region and conduct negotiations, prepare offers, close deals, and collaborate with operations teams to meet targets. Analyzing results and planning actions to achieve objectives; requires mobility, field meetings, and driving license. English communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of TSL services on the operator side
- Knowledge of logistics, transport and forwarding
- Willingness for mobile work and frequent client meetings
- Cat. B driving license
- English language proficient
- Ability to build relationships based on trust
- Self-motivation and goal orientation
