Job Summary
Account Manager– Retirement Domain at Synechron responsible for growing existing Retirement domain accounts and expanding revenue. Own growth strategy, identify and close opportunities across technology consulting, digital transformation, data & analytics, AI/GenAI, managed services, and platform modernization. Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and technology stakeholders; lead governance meetings, account reviews, and growth planning; drive cross-selling and upselling by identifying emerging client needs and industry trends; navigate procurement processes and contract discussions; stay current with Retirement industry trends and regulatory developments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, and Technology Services Sales
- Strong Retirement domain expertise, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, retirement platforms, benefits administration, and wealth/retirement services
- Proven success in account mining, farming, and expanding large strategic accounts
- Experience selling technology services, consulting services, digital transformation, data, cloud, AI/GenAI, and managed services
- Strong network and executive relationships within Retirement-focused organizations
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios
- Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders
