Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of UK-based client accounts, handling inquiries and escalations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones, maintaining accurate client records, leveraging CRM and project management tools, supporting reporting and strategic account planning, and identifying opportunities to upsell or improve the client experience. Requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently; prior experience with UK-based clients is advantageous. 100% remote role with compensation listed as R35,000/month.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
