Job Summary
Structure, price, and negotiate lease and loan packages while maintaining relationships with C-level executives and identifying qualified leads through daily outbound calls. Utilize Salesforce call campaigns to achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs, ensuring proper utilization of our CRM and Outreach platforms. Submit required documents accurately and maintain industry knowledge of tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal guidelines. This role requires 2+ years of sales experience in equipment leasing/financing, a 4-year college degree, and proficiency with amortizing software like T-Value. Full-time Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM on-site in Costa Mesa, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in the equipment leasing/financing industry, consistently achieving quota
- Strong understanding of equipment leasing: deal structures, pricing, terminology, funding requirements, credit stipulations
- Strong understanding of amortizing software, preferably T-Value
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, and results-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- 4-Year College degree in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a bonus
