Job Summary
Account Manager, Protective Packaging (Cushioning) in Phoenix/Tucson area seeking to drive profitable growth within an Arizona East Valley portfolio. Build strategic account plans, engage customers to understand operations, and tailor cushioning solutions (paper, foam, films, inflatable systems) to optimize protection, throughput, and cost. Lead packaging assessments, trials, and ROI/TCO analyses; collaborate with engineering, applications, and cross-functional teams; manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce); travel to customer sites and facilities; bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred. Strong emphasis on value creation, sustainability, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers across packaging operations and supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, or related field
- 3-7+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (industrial, packaging, or manufacturing preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with capital equipment and/or consumables sales is an asset
- Proven ability to deliver results in a solutions-based, consultative sales environment
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding (margin, ROI, TCO)
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
