Job Summary
Account Manager at Propelis Group overseeing a large CPG packaging design account. Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as brand steward, coordinating cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, production), ensuring on-time deliverables and delivering end-to-end project lifecycle from design through production. Tasks include providing project status updates, preparing client presentations, offering strategic recommendations, communicating scope changes, leading status meetings, conducting quality checks, and identifying opportunities to expand client services. Requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to meet briefs, timelines, and budgets, with a focus on delivering high-quality packaging design across owned brands.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of creative agency experience in Account Management and/or Project Management
- Experience in packaging design from start to finish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign)
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
