Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 to 50 accounts, focusing on renewal and expansion revenue. You will co-manage the customer lifecycle with the Engagement Management team, develop a deep understanding of customer goals, and lead commercial conversations with key stakeholders. The role requires a strong track record in exceeding commercial targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with multiple stakeholder relationships. You must be highly organized with a data-driven approach and possess an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales
- Track record of exceeding commercial targets
- Comfort leading discovery, demos, and business reviews
- Ability to manage complex deals and procurement processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
