Job Summary
Account Manager Professional Trade (North Netherlands) responsible for turnover and partnerships with electrical wholesalers and installers in the assigned region (North Holland: Groningen, Friesland & Drenthe). Manage accounts to achieve revenue goals, advise on logistics, projects, product knowledge, trends and future developments, and collaborate with quote support, order desk, lighting specialists, and marketing. Build and maintain relationships to create preference for Signify products, solutions and systems, while driving project-based lighting opportunities and added value for customers. Requires Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Dutch and English language skills, B2B sales experience or recent graduates, hands-on attitude, and stakeholder management capabilities; familiarity with electrical installers/wholesalers and knowledge of the electrical lighting industry (Dialux a plus). Passion for growth, collaboration, and delivering sustainable lighting solutions across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
- Dutch speaking and good knowledge of English
- relevant sales experience in a B-to-B environment or open to fresh graduates
- hands’on mentality and excellent stakeholders management skills
- familiarity with electrical installers and wholesalers preferred
- technical knowledge and experience in the electrical industry and lighting is a plus
- Knowledge and use of Dialux is a plus
