Account Manager, Private Client Group

Account Manager for the Private Client Group focused on operational and service support across client accounts. Responsible for maintaining the agency management system by processing endorsements, renewals, and carrier transactions with high accuracy, reviewing documents and documenting activity, handling client requests and billing questions, processing invoices (agency-billed and carrier-billed), supporting renewal processes with application preparation and pre-renewal reviews, coordinating with underwriters to resolve discrepancies and ensure appropriate underwriting outcomes, managing policy changes and data updates, using comparative rating tools to support new business and remarketing, monitoring data downloads, maintaining complete client and policy data, and providing backup support for special projects while maintaining confidentiality. Requires 1+ year in insurance customer service and an active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills. Preferred Associate’s degree or relevant coursework.
