Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for serving as the primary liaison between clients, sales, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage projects from order entry through production and delivery, coordinate updates and timelines with clients, review specifications and artwork for accuracy, open/manage jobs in ERP/workflow systems, monitor progress, and collaborate with prepress, press, bindery, fulfillment, mailing, and shipping. Requires strong communication, client-service orientation, and 10+ years in print/direct mail/marketing services environments, with proficiency in MS Office and systems like Pace, Salesforce, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM, and HubSpot.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of work experience in deadline-driven environments
- Experience in print production, print management, direct mail, marketing services, or a related client service environment
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn business systems and workflow platforms, including Pace, Salesforce, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM, and HubSpot.
