Account Manager

Account Manager responsible for providing all client service functions across all departments at Prisma, including client, sales and production. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team and clients, keeping projects moving through production, clarifying project questions, receiving artwork/files, comparing job specs to quotes, communicating proofs and project updates to clients, opening jobs in the ERP system (Pace) with due dates and production notes, adhering to FSC procedures, reviewing proofs from prepress, preparing change orders, finalizing proofs for production, monitoring production, coordinating with prepress, press, bindery, grand format, digital, dokshop production, fulfillment, mailing, dokshop admin, pick/pack and shipping, submitting estimate requests, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Requires 3-9 years in a fast-paced, detailed environment; education of high school diploma or equivalent with a college degree preferred. Strong client-facing and business communication skills, proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and ability to quickly learn Pace, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM and ACT.
