Job Summary
Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, translate client briefs for internal creative teams, ensure regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical/healthcare clients, support client success and account growth, and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will be the conduit between clients and the delivery team, collaborating with project management and the internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. Role open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA with travel up to 20% to client sites. Responsibilities include client relationship management, proactive engagement, and budget oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry
- Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration
- Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft Teams
