Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and back-office operations while traveling between multiple facilities within the assigned region. Promote and grow business by ensuring facility partners are aware of the full range of services, supporting clinical staff and acting as a point of contact for administrators and leadership. Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure strong communication, organization, and follow-through, while meeting and exceeding monthly growth and performance goals. Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted resource for partners across all levels of a facility. This role requires reliable transportation and is based in the New York marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable traveling between facilities within the region
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes, or long-term care is a huge plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a high-paced environment
