Job Summary
Account Manager to serve as liaison between clinical team and back-office, traveling between multiple facilities within the Detroit region to promote services, grow the partner portfolio, and meet growth goals. Must deliver exceptional service, manage accounts with strong communication and organization, and support facility administrators and leadership. Requires healthcare experience or familiarity with long-term care, customer-focused relationship-building, travel between facilities, independent, goal-driven work style, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes, or long-term care is a huge plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a high-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable traveling between facilities within the region.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) required
