Job Summary
Account Manager in the Primary Casualty line provides customer service and underwriting support, processes underwriting transactions, performs data research and analysis, develops broker relationships, sets rating and issues binders, prepares quotes, reviews inspection reports and premium audits, and supports underwriters to enhance division performance. Role requires onsite work 5 days/week at NYC, Chicago, Richmond, or Omaha offices; travel on a minimal basis may be required. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment are needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; college course work or degree preferred.
- General knowledge of commercial insurance strongly preferred.
