Job Summary
Account Manager for Premier Service, a leading landscape construction, maintenance, and snow services provider in the Chicagoland area. Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts; serve as primary client liaison; drive revenue through upselling and renewals; conduct site visits; prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans; coordinate with operations to ensure quality, timely service; maintain CRM records; support accounts receivable and cross-team collaboration; require 3+ years in account management or related roles, landscape knowledge, strong communication, and local travel; outdoor work with occasional evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred)
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with local travel required
