Job Summary

Account Manager at Pref-Tech responsible for managing and growing relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. Serve as primary point of contact, understand client goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic account management. Key duties include developing account plans, presenting new technology solutions, coordinating with Design Estimation and Operations for accurate pricing, preparing proposals and scopes of work, tracking performance metrics, maintaining CRM, coordinating site walks and relationship engagement activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Hybrid work schedule in Grand Prairie, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing relationships at the C Suite level
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating security estimates, proposals, and designs
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Preferred Qualifications: PSP Certification Preferred
  • Security Integration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred
