Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for end-to-end POS project management, client relationships, and identifying value-added opportunities for clients. Role includes sourcing and development of print/promotional products domestically and internationally, meeting revenue and forecast targets, managing quotes, proofs, and artwork, coordinating with internal creative partners and suppliers, ensuring SLA-compliant service, delivering proposals and presentations to key clients, and driving sales growth through cross-functional collaboration and market analysis. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns, and a track record of customer-focused service and relationship building. Location is Richmond, VA with a Hybrid work arrangement; Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in print/promotional product or procurement outsourcing
- experience with domestic and international supply bases
- proven success growing and maintaining business and driving top-line revenue growth
- proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- strong project management skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
