Job Summary
Manage day-to-day commercial contacts between Playtech customers and internal stakeholders while driving revenue growth through strategic recommendations and KPI analysis. Oversee customer business models, including marketing strategies and product utilization, and coordinate interfaces across project management, finance, compliance, and legal processes. Develop new marketing initiatives, conduct operational audits, and provide first-level business support as an escalation point for technical issues. Maintain detailed relationship information and monitor market competition for team feedback. Assist the Regional Director on group-wide deals and attend industry exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese skills
- Experience managing or working with international and external customers
- Experience with a software or internet company in a relevant position
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, a team player, and capable of multitasking
- Service and business-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Can prioritize and manage client engagements effectively
- Have proven negotiation skills
- Have proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and grow revenues
- Understand IT platforms, systems, and development processes
- Are good with numbers
- Have experience in the online gaming industry
- Have at least 2 years of experience or background in Customer Services/Customer Support B2B
Desired Qualifications
- Have knowledge of internet advertising (an advantage)
- Have a background in managing legal contracts and documents (an advantage)
- Have an interest in and knowledge of sports, betting, casino games, and poker
