Job Summary
Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across Medlive's promotional programs. Serve as the client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders, developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track, analyze, and report on program performance and key metrics while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and compliance. Travel up to 10% to support in-studio broadcasts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space
- Healthcare agency experience preferred
