Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for fostering robust client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service across home and road catering operations. Key duties include building and maintaining client relationships, post-event reporting, menu planning assistance, pre-planning event logistics (vendor coordination, travel timelines, and billing accuracy), creating and maintaining detailed Banquet Event Orders, generating performance reports, managing budgets and expenses, maintaining vendor and client communications, risk management planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, hospitality-focused service delivery, proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple events with varying hours (including nights and weekends). The position includes travel as needed and is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
