Job Summary
Account Manager- Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations to drive patient referrals and promote our clients' services; responsible for educating physicians about services, identifying opportunities for new business development, coordinating with internal teams for a smooth referral process, and relaying physician feedback to leadership. Requires experience in medical/pharma sales or healthcare business development, strong communication and relationship-building skills, organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharma sales, physician liaison, sales, or healthcare business development (2-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and calling on offices
