Job Summary
Account Manager- Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations to drive patient referrals and promote clients’ services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers; serving as the primary contact to facilitate communication about services; increasing referrals by educating physicians about offerings; identifying opportunities for new business development and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth referral processes; monitoring physician feedback and relaying insights to leadership to improve service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharma sales, physician liaison, sales, or healthcare business development (2-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and calling on offices
