Job Summary
Dermatology Skincare Professional (DSP) Account Manager in Philadelphia, responsible for promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio to Healthcare Professionals and office staff within the assigned territory. Conduct face-to-face sales calls, distribute product samples, and attend company meetings (some evenings or weekends). Meet/exceed goals and KPIs; utilize sales tools, CRM, and data reporting to analyze trends and plan actions. Manage resources (budget, samples, peer programs) and develop relationships with providers to drive product demand. Requires travel to meet with HCPs and participate in medical meetings as needed; strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required
- Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
