Job Summary
Account Manager for FARO CREAFORM based in the Philadelphia area, acting as the focal point to manage and grow long-term relationships with top-tier customers across FARO Creaform solutions (hardware, software, and automation). Responsible for consulting with major accounts, driving long-term growth, coordinating with internal/external partners, and maintaining a strong sales cycle through CRM, follow-ups, and opportunity forecasting. Will demonstrate technology to customers, participate in events, identify customer needs for quotes, provide technical support during evaluations, and develop a broad network of contacts within the designated territory. Requires a degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 1-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/tech environments; travel and remote/home-office setup supported; compensation targeted between $130k-$160k total package, with benefits and company programs described.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field
- 1-5 years of experience in sales in a manufacturing/technological environment
- Strong interest in technology and learning about technological products
- Experience in a technical field, sales, and/or customer support
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 90 pounds on occasion
