Job Summary
As an Account Manager - Pharma at Roquette, you will develop and maintain high-level relationships with key customers, identify decision makers, and align Roquette's resources strategically. Your role involves maximizing revenues, profits, and market shares within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring customer needs are met in line with Roquette's strategy, and coordinating new business development. Strong sales negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence in a cross-cultural environment are essential. You'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant fields and a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical excipients market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, account management, and/or sales
- Experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical market segments and industry, in the ingredients excipients business
- Strong influence management, motivation, and engagement of indirect team members
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing strategies and programs
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams, including strong business writing skills
- Negotiation Skills
