Job Summary
Account Manager for Pharma & Healthcare Logistics responsible for managing and growing designated pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics accounts. Acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts, supports strategic accounts, ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, manages order entry and coordination across internal teams, and explains product handling, refurbishment, and tracking systems. Requires travel to customer warehouse locations for training, onboarding, and demonstrations; collaborates with forwarders and trucking companies; maintains CRM records (Salesforce) and prepares customer reviews and presentations. Brings 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics or related fields, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in warehouse environments and cross-functional settings.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics, freight forwarding, cold chain packaging, or account management
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments when conducting training or onboarding visits
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both operational teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment
- Willingness to travel periodically within Europe as required
