Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager to support Insurance Producers in the sales, placement, and servicing of Personal Lines accounts; in this hybrid role, you will market and place new and renewal business, manage the renewal process, coordinate with carriers, issue certificates and MVRs, maintain client records, and collaborate with underwriters, carriers, Producers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Manager experience in an independent insurance agency (required).
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty License.
- Experience with insurance agency management systems; Applied Epic experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and carrier relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to building strong client and carrier relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
