Job Summary
Oversee production staff activities, including goal setting, sales training, and mentorship. Actively partner with new producers and clients to identify business opportunities while monitoring key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved. Interface with insurance company representatives and underwriters to determine market availability and coordinate marketing efforts. Quote premiums on potential new policies when necessary and execute sales activity documentation accurately. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requires an active insurance license, two years of personal and commercial lines experience, and a Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
