Job Summary
Manage the sales of Vantive Peritoneal Dialysis product and therapy concepts in the regions of Usedom, Berlin, Waren, and Frankfurt (Oder), with a focus on Berlin. Achieve and implement regional and corporate sales targets by developing customer support for therapies, devices, and products. Conduct therapy and product training sessions, assist customers in establishing home dialysis structures, and manage existing accounts while acquiring new clients and building network structures. Participate in symposia and training events, utilize CRM tools for sales planning and financial analysis, and report complaints and adverse reactions according to regulations. Independently plan economic and efficient sales routes. Requires a healthcare or nursing background, prior sales experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, and a valid pharmacist reference or knowledge under §75 AMG.
Required Qualifications
- Health nurse or nurse practitioner (Gesundheits-/ und Krankenpfleger:in)
- Familiarity with the workflows of a dialysis center
- First-hand experience in the sales of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals in this environment
- Completed natural sciences degree and/or clinical training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in sales, marketing, or product management in the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in user training
- Pharmacist (IHK) or knowledge according to §75 AMG
- Fluent German
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems including creation of account analyses and evaluation of sales-relevant financial key figures
- Familiarity with video conference software (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.), virtual training, and web-based training
