Job Summary
Account Manager at Level Agency responsible for serving as the strategic connector between client goals, internal teams, and measurable results. You’ll own and guide client relationships, oversee daily execution of media and creative tasks, translate metrics into actionable recommendations, manage forecasts and pacing, stay ahead of industry trends, and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. The role requires 3+ years in an agency or client services setting with proven performance-marketing experience, strong communication skills, data-driven decision making, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows. This position is fully remote across the U.S. & Canada and open to candidates in both countries.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in an agency or client services environment
- Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Financial fluency — you’ve owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-savvy — you can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality
