Job Summary
Account Manager for PBA and Medicare, partnering with CAM and AE to manage clients through the lifecycle from implementation through go-live and renewal; support implementation and day-to-day client requirements; manage benefit changes, eligibility changes, overrides, demos and new implementations; analyze client requests and coordinate required plan documentation; lead pre- and post-implementation QA/tests to validate coding; lead claim reviews to identify discrepancies and develop solutions; travel up to 25%; resolve sponsor and member issues; respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries; coordinate integration of data inputs into client management processes; collaborate cross-functionally to support client operations; contribute to high NPS and retention; adhere to Code of Conduct. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years PBM/health plan experience, strong relationship-building and project-management skills, proficiency in MS Office, SQL a bonus, and excellent communication skills. Remote with US salary range $80,000–$100,000.},
