Job Summary
Account Manager for Partner Success leading engagement with Forum Partners in Europe and North America. Responsible for onboarding partners into the Forum ecosystem, shaping engagement plans with the Partner Lead, coordinating opportunities with Forum Centre colleagues, delivering partner events engagement (registrations, agendas, speaking opportunities, logistics), maintaining ongoing partner engagement, and generating intelligence on partner companies to identify risks and growth opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in key account management or business relationship development; Salesforce experience preferred; strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills; on-site work three days per week in New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of professional work experience
- Successful track record in key account management and/or business relationship development
- Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment and follow-through to drive outcomes
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
