Job Summary
Account Manager, Paid Social at WPP Media leads end-to-end paid social campaigns across major platforms, develops client relationships, collaborates with the Global Hub, and mentors junior team members. Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA to ensure best-practice standards, monitoring and optimizing performance, producing detailed performance reports and insights, presenting results to clients, and identifying opportunities to test and innovate within the paid social space. The role is hybrid with in-office presence in London (roughly four days a week) and requires experience in digital marketing or an agency environment, strong stakeholder management, and capability to lead client-facing discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role with a track record of working with clients or external stakeholders
- Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok)
- Training certifications in key platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint) would be a plus
- Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives
- Experience compiling detailed end-of-campaign reports and presentations (QBRs, annual reviews)
- Ability to present to clients and lead calls; strong client-facing skills
- Teamwork and collaboration; able to train or mentor junior team members
- Some experience line-managing individuals and/or helping train others in paid social
