Job Summary
Account Manager for Paid Search responsible for owning day-to-day execution of paid search activities, managing client relationships and a team of Account Executives (and coordinating with the Global Hub) to deliver flawless operations, performance optimisation, reporting and analysis. The role involves coaching Account Executives, overseeing workload, ensuring quality of output, facilitating recruitment when required, and delivering strategic and tactical optimisation across campaigns. The position emphasizes expertise in Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, GMP, GA360), data analysis, reporting (Google Data Studio), and strong project management skills within a hybrid UK-based setting (London). The incumbent will drive growth through experimentation, ensure SLAs with stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Current dated certifications in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Deep Paid Search knowledge and experience
- Excellent knowledge of bid management and core Paid Search technology platforms (Google Analytics, GMP platform, SA360, Adobe)
- Excellent data analysis skills and understanding of strategic/tactical application of paid search and digital marketing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms
- Operational project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and develop Account Executives
- Experience collaborating with global hubs/teams
