Job Summary
Account Manager for Property & Casualty within the Life Science & Technology insurance brokerage practice. Serve as primary service contact for a portfolio of middle-market clients, manage renewals, submissions, and carrier negotiations, and coordinate risk management strategies tailored to life sciences and tech exposures. Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure accurate policy documentation, data integrity in agency systems, and timely client communications. Minimum 5+ years P&C experience with a license; Bachelor's degree preferred. Remote (US-based) or hybrid work arrangement. Strong client service orientation and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance brokerage or agency account management
- Experience servicing middle market accounts, ideally within life sciences and/or technology sectors
