Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth and customer satisfaction within the assigned geography for Otis Elevator Company. Duties include prospecting and nurturing customer relationships, achieving sales objectives, serving as a technical sales consultant, retaining and renewing maintenance agreements via MFA program, managing renewals and repair opportunities, conducting needs assessments, partnering with branch business development, communicating competitive feedback, utilizing CRM to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to identify business development opportunities. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, customer-centricity, ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort operating in a technical environment; travel and/or field activities may be implied given territory sales responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ Years Sales and/or Account management experience, required
- The candidate must have a vehicle
