Job Summary
Account Manager for Graphic Communications team in Sydney, responsible for acting as primary day-to-day contact for customers, managing relationships and enquiries, driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities, supporting full sales cycle across internal teams, maintaining CRM records, delivering territory sales plans, and enabling revenue growth through high-value sales. Strong emphasis on relationship management, communication, data-informed strategy, and stakeholder influence to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within print environments
- Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality service outcomes
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other productivity tools
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
