Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target HCPs by delivering MLR approved, education-focused messages and assigned therapeutic area disease-state information. Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products, clinical data, and safety while equipping them with tools to facilitate robust conversations about treatment gaps. Execute business planning and financial goals for the assigned territory, ensuring adherence to call activity targets. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and domestic travel capability. Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field
- Two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent
- Two or more years of specialty pharmaceutical experience or equivalent, preferably in the assigned therapeutic area
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care
- Experience selling within healthcare institutions
- Eye Care/Ophthalmology experience
