Job Summary
Account Manager in the cleaning/Janitorial sector responsible for developing and maintaining trust-based customer relationships across an assigned territory; acts as the face of United to customers, leads performance and quality discussions with stakeholders, collaborates with Partner Relations and Talent Acquisition to support staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and retention; manages store/site P&Ls and costs, drives revenue growth through routine contracts and new business initiatives, leads start-up activities, engages in quotes/RFP processes, and participates in planning, budgeting, and cross-functional meetings; demonstrates strong business acumen, planning, communication, and negotiation skills, with expertise in frontline staffing, process compliance, and health & safety.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or related operations or field experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry
- 10+ years’ experience in operational management or related roles
