Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing daily client service needs, including serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, managing renewals, claims assistance, and policy administration. Duties entail fostering client relationships, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining compliance with corporate procedures. Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to hold required insurance licenses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty business
- Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in teams
- Hold Insurance licenses as required by the Company
