Job Summary
Promote the CaptionCall phone and service by visiting healthcare professionals, demonstrating the product, generating leads, and managing Provider Accounts. The account manager will be responsible for adhering to compliance policies, utilizing CRM for daily activities, and attending various events. Essential skills include providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to meet specific healthcare professional needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to meet or exceed Account Manager expectations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive and travel via air as needed
- Ability to tailor to unique needs of individual healthcare professionals
- Comfortable presenting to large and small groups
- Ability to adapt to various sales situations and environments
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Effective communication in English through reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Desired Qualifications
- Outside Sales or similar experience
- Familiarity with assistive devices for the hearing impaired
- Experience working with senior citizens
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle available at all times
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license
- Must maintain a good driving record
