Job Summary
Account Manager role in Oman focused on growing restaurant partnerships for Talabat. Responsibilities include developing the business with partner restaurants through in-person visits and regular communications, managing existing accounts, menu updates, promotions and advertisement sales, renegotiation of terms, transmission-method optimization, and coordinating CRM updates and reporting. Requires maintaining strong client relationships, resolving operational issues, driving brand promotions, and supporting digitalization efforts (backlinks, splash pages, white-label, social buttons) while coordinating with management on CRM and performance metrics. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience, data analysis and Excel skills, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and fluency in both Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in B2B Sales / Account Management
- Proficient Data Analysis, Excel & Reporting Skills
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
