Job Summary
Account Manager at OLIVER/Brandtech Group, overseeing day-to-day client relationships between marketing teams and the OLIVER studio across one or more business units. Responsibilities include end-to-end brief management, project tracking, stakeholder communication, and ensuring deliverables and milestones are met within SLAs. Works with Integrated Project Managers in Mexico City to coordinate production milestones and dependencies, supports weekly status and QBR documentation, and helps manage scope, version control, and resourcing risks. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in account/client services or project management in a creative/marketing environment, and familiarity with workflow tools. Emphasis on cross-location collaboration, a proactive, solutions-first approach, and interest in AI-enabled account management and production workflows; willingness to develop proficiency with Pencil and OMG AI features. Salary range at posting: $97,750 to $109,250 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an account management, client services, or project management role in a creative, marketing, or content production environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-first working style
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems (e.g., OMG, Workfront, Asana)
- Understanding of creative production workflows — briefing, resourcing, review, and delivery — in a multi-channel content environment
