Job Summary
Account Manager overseeing a portfolio of briefs from intake through delivery for multiple business units, coordinating with Mexico City-based Integrated Project Managers to meet production milestones, flag issues, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within the OMG system. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, status reporting (weekly and QBRs), briefs review for clarity, managing scope and resourcing risks, and maintaining proactive communication with marketing stakeholders. Requires experience in creative/marketing/content production environments, strong organization, clear communication, cross-location collaboration, familiarity with PM/workflow tools, and an interest in AI-assisted workflows. Salary range listed: $97,750–$109,250 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an account management, client services, or project management role in a creative, marketing, or content production environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail or momentum
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills — comfortable with direct client interaction at marketing manager and director level
- A proactive, solutions-first working style; you flag problems early and come with a suggested path forward
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems (OMG, Workfront, Asana, or similar)
- An understanding of creative production workflows — briefing, resourcing, review, and delivery — in a multi-channel content environment
- Interest in or familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing is a plus
- Comfort working across a multi-location team and collaborating remotely with nearshore colleagues in Mexico City
- Curiosity about how AI tools can enhance account management and creative production workflows
- Willingness to develop proficiency with Pencil and OMG's AI-assist features as part of ongoing studio development
- Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex multi-brief workloads into clear, manageable priorities
