Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for delivering exterior services to a portfolio of client locations within Columbus, OH. Key duties include ensuring high on-time delivery with service partners, coordinating and communicating with clients at regional and store levels, supporting field management, resolving finance/billing questions, training partners on technology and APP usage, validating service completion data, managing workloads and geographic footprint with mapping tools, coordinating with the insurance and contract administration teams for compliance, and assisting in developing training materials. Must be willing to work extended hours during seasonal requirements and be available for snow events 24/7.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tooling
- Ability to manage service delivery across a portfolio of client locations
- Strong communication skills for regional and store-level contacts
- Familiarity with billing and finance processes related to service partners
- Experience training field teams and service partners on technology/APP usage
- Ability to review data to validate services are completed on time
- Proficiency with site-m mapping tools and geographic footprint management
- Comfort handling high-volume operations and extended hours during seasons
- Knowledge of insurance and contract administration related to service partner compliance
