Job Summary
Account Manager to lead client relationships and manage multi-workstream programmes across social, production, and integrated moments. You’ll be the operational backbone of a high-visibility account team, owning end-to-end project management from brief to delivery, reviewing deliverables for brand consistency and quality, and maintaining clear briefs, planning, and debriefs. You’ll collaborate with an Account Director, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with partner agencies to ensure strategic and creative alignment. Your role includes managing budgets, invoicing, and PO processes, while maintaining proactive, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A strong foundation in social and digital campaigns, cross-agency collaboration, and a passion for innovative brand thinking is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or a related agency environment
- hands-on expertise in social and digital campaigns
- experience managing complex accounts; comfortable on set, in client meetings, and in budget reviews
- experience navigating cross-agency or multi-partner environments
- strategic instincts extending beyond social to ATL and integrated campaigns
- proficient in French or Dutch, with strong working knowledge of the other language; fluent in English
- strong relationship-building and organizational skills
- entrepreneurial, hands-on, and agile in a fast-moving environment
- passion for social media, content, and the creative process
