Account Manager of Client Services / Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Pharmacy Services

Job Summary
Build strong partnerships with clients through consultation and collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Manage the client book of business using CRM software to track activities, issues, and communications while acting as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution. Lead contract renewal processes and monthly/quarterly business reviews to drive growth and optimize pharmacy performance. Provide pharmacy service data, prepare reporting materials, and conduct training to facilitate compliance with company procedures. Collaborate with internal partners on onboarding new clients and ensure billing and receivable standards are met. Represent the organization at corporate events and conferences. This role requires 75% travel and is based in the Iowa territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role
- previous experience in a client support role within a healthcare setting or other business-to-business setting
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management
- Excellent time-management and basic computer skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Experience in root cause analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working within a collaborative team
- Experience in a project management and client-facing customer service role
- Strong background with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
- 75% travel
