Job Summary
Account Manager to grow channel revenue within the APAC region (NZ, AU, Singapore) for Keeper Security. Focus on managing and expanding named accounts, leveraging partnerships such as Ingram Micro ANZ, and driving pipeline across New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore launches. Responsible for negotiating renewals, cross-sells, and upsells; engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders to align business and technical goals; maintaining quarterly business reviews; and representing Keeper as a cybersecurity and password-management advisor to customers. Role requires strong English communication, SaaS sales experience, and the ability to work remotely from Sydney with eligibility to be in the Australia office. Responsibilities include building relationships, presenting Keeper solutions, resolving issues, driving customer advocacy, and contributing to AM programs and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (upselling and expansion)
- Experience selling into New Zealand and Australian markets with proven success
- Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory etc), implementation, onboarding & support
- Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives
- Aptitude for learning software; strong with business applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS)
- Experience working in IAM industry is a plus
